Exciting Day at Daventry!
A recent incredible Field Service Engineer Training Day at one of our esteemed distribution clients in Daventry, and we couldn't be more thrilled to share our experience with you all!
The day started off on a high note with a well-fed team enjoying a delicious full English breakfast. A hearty meal to fuel our minds and bodies for the exciting day ahead!
We kicked off the training session with a comprehensive presentation and overview of safety topics. At Capital Compactors, the safety of our employees and clients is always our top priority, and this training was an excellent opportunity to reinforce our commitment to a secure work environment.
But that's not all! The highlight of the day was getting a firsthand look at our brand-new chain belt conveyor in action, along with other cutting-edge equipment installed to enhance recycling processes. Witnessing the efficiency and effectiveness of these innovative solutions was truly inspiring!
To wrap up the day on a high-octane note, we decided to unleash our competitive spirits at the go-karting track. And guess what? Our lucky and sneaky Lindsay colleagues secured the first and third places, leaving everyone in awe of their driving skills! We all wanted 2nd place Graham Cowell to win!
