The UK’s leading Shower manufacturer “Triton” have invested in a Bespoke CHB45 Horizontal Baler from Capital Compactors.
Triton showers who are based in Warwickshire identified this baler after a rigorous selection process that involved other manufactures equipment. Staff members from Triton showers were invited to see an operational CHB45 baler at another Capital Compactors customers site where they could see all the benefits of the baler in full swing along with honest feedback from staff who regularly uses the machine.
With the CHB45 superior build quality and high standards of Health & safety features along with unrivalled service support, Triton Showers were happy to invest and have in turn future proofed their cardboard recycling process with such equipment.
Previously Triton showers operated a manual process using a vertical baler to ensure they met the exceedingly high environmental objectives set by the business. With the help of a National Waste Service provider, Capital Compactors were invited in to recommend a more cost effective and productive solution moving forward.
Working closely with Triton Showers and this National Waste Service Provider, 1100ltr Euro bins were introduced and are wheeled out to a loading dock where the CHB45 baler is located. Under the protection of a bespoke full steel weatherproof surround over the baler, Triton showers staff just simply wheel the bins to the baler where the cardboard is tipped by hydraulic bin lift. When the bale Is ready, the staff simply walk out of the side door on the baler and down the steps (also provided by Capital Compactors) to tie the bale off.
Straight after the installation and commissioning of the CHB45, Certified Staff Training was provided by Capital Compactors insuring that designated persons at Triton Showers can safely and responsibly operate the baler safely
“We came in this morning and produced another 3 bales in record time”!!
The Implementing of this new equipment and process has not only benefitted Triton Showers by reduced labour costs but they have also benefited by a modern, easy to use cardboard recycling process that will maximise their rebates received on the millsize bales consistently produced by this baler for many years to come
